WHAT ARE YOUR CANVASES MADE OF?
• Our canvases are unlike most you'll find in local stores. Where most canvases are printed with solvent ink, which has a tendency to run & reproduce in lesser detail. We print with genuine Epson ink (Water-based). which sets exactly as intended - 100% of the time. Our materials are sourced from Germany, & hand manufactured on the Gold Coast, Australia. All of our canvases are 16" x 20", & 450GSM.
WHERE ARE THE MATERIALS FOR YOUR CANVASES SOURCED?
• All of our canvases are manufactured by hand on the Gold Coast, Australia. The materials however, are imported from Germany (de).
HOW DO YOU CHOOSE WHICH QUOTES YOU DISPLAY?
• All quotes & designs are written, created & developed by our CEO, Jacob Lee.
WHAT IF I NEED TO MODIFY MY ORDER?
• If you would like to modify your order, & it's not been processed, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your order has been prepared for shipping it unfortunately cannot be modified.
WHEN I PLACE AN ITEM IN MY SHOPPING CART, AM I GUARANTEED TO RECEIVE THE ITEM?
• Placing items into your cart does not guarantee the items will remain in stock. Only once an item has been purchased will you secure your order. If we are unable to complete your order for any reason, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.
AN ITEM I WANT IS SOLD OUT. WHEN WILL IT BECOME AVAILABLE AGAIN?
• If an item is listed as sold out, it is unavailable for purchase. You can sign up to our newsletter to receive restock notifications at the footer of our website. Or get in touch with us at email@example.com.
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
• Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you receive your damaged item. Please include photos in your correspondence.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
• Lowly Lyricist Pty Ltd aims to ship out your order as fast as possible. Orders typically take 5-8 business days. After that, it will arrive based off of the shipping estimate given to you at checkout. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. WHEN WILL MY BACK-ORDERED ITEM SHIP?
• Lowly Lyricist Pty Ltd endeavours to ship out all back-ordered items as fast as possible. Please allow 1-2 weeks for any pre-orders or back-orders to be dispatched.
WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU NOT SHIP TO?
• We offer international shipping but at this time are unable to ship to Afghanistan, Ascension, Burma, Central African Republic, Comoros, Cuba, Equatorial Guinea, Falkland Islands, Ghana, Guinea-Bissau, Iran, Kiribati, North Korea, Nauru, Pitcairn Island, Saint Helena, Saint Pierre, Miquelon, Samoa, Sao Tome, Principe, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Tristan da Cunha, Turkmenistan, and Tuvalu.
• Email us at email@example.com and we can provide more information. Whilst we do everything we can to prevent customs fees, holds, or taxes charged to you upon arrival, we cannot guarantee this. If the above does occur, we are not responsible for paying these costs. The responsibility is yours. Also, if you send the package back due to any of the above reasons we will not issue a refund.
DO YOU SHIP TO P.O BOXES?
• Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Post Office (P.O) Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
WHERE DOES MY ORDER DISPATCH FROM?
• All Lowly Lyricist orders are shipped from our facility on the Gold Coast, Australia.
MY TRACKING INFORMATION STATES THAT MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED, THOUGH I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
