Did I see you offer same-day shipping?

• You did! Securing your order on, or before 10am AEST (Mon - Fri) will result in same-day packing & shipping. The speed in which AusPost delivers your order will depend on the shipping method you choose at checkout.

What if I don't place my order before 10am AEST?

• Majority of the time our team will have your order ready to ship the following business day. However, seeing as we're quite a small team (& are endowed with massive quantities of orders), it could take up to three business days to process your item/s. To avoid this, choose the 'First in Line' option after adding your item to cart & you'll skip to the front of the queue.

Which shipping carrier do you use?

• Our partnership with AusPost extends far & wide. We have found AusPost to be extremely reliable when it comes to our domestic orders. If you are an international customer however, you'll be receiving your order from our friends at DHL Express. (Equally as reliable).

Is it true you're eco-friendly?

• We surely are. Though if we're honest, not as much as we'd hope to be. Our goal is to be completely free of single-use plastic by Dec 2021. We are happy however, to announce that our satchels are completely plastic free, & actually give back to the earth. You can read more about them, here.

Our goal is to sponsor a minimum of 1,000 underprivileged children by December 25, 2021. Ambitious? Yes. Impossible? No way.

Upon purchase, a % of your order will be placed into a fund dedicated to increasing the living conditions of disadvantaged children in poverty.

At Lowly Lyricist we work on a threshold basis - Every $2,500 (NET) that passes through our store will result in one more sponsored child. Each child will be supported the entire length of their development into adulthood. Their first name, age & image will be passed onto you via our monthly newsletter, though no private details will ever be shared.

We have chosen Compassion International as our sponsorship organisation. Compassion are an established institution which have revolutionised millions of children's lives since 1952. As of today, 385 million children live in extreme poverty, & with your help, we can do our bit to counter that.
